About Jeanne Henderson & Living Proof Photography
Jeanne Henderson draws from 15 years experience photographing weddings in and around the Capital District area. In addition to photographing weddings for the past decade Jeanne worked photographing local commercial jobs, for banks and hospitals. Prior to creating Living Proof Photography she worked at a local professional photo retail store for 5 years where she gained vast experience in the field and as she puts it learned about camera from the inside out. “The camera is my tool I should know it like my own heartbeat.” Through this experience Jeanne has been able to select equipment that allows her to create images consistently accurate.
Jeanne also had the pleasure working at Union College as a Lab assistant to the photography professor where she was exposed to the areas top professionals as well as gaining experience in the printing aspect of photography.
Jeanne is an avid outdoors person. Her favorite place to be has always been outside. She enjoys hiking with her family and riding her horses. “I love shooting outdoors, using natural light and backlight. I’m a light junky, just watching it and putting it in just the right spot on film gets me every time.”
